Sergio Padilla is the founder and principal architect of PAD Management Group. His background spans sales, insurance, capital advisory, and the operation of distributed teams. Across those roles, he developed a practical view of growth: durable results depend on the systems beneath the work.
He established PAD Management Group in 2025 to apply that discipline across a focused portfolio. Today he sets strategy for the group and leads the design of shared systems used across its operating companies and internal capabilities.
